HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR COACH?

Over the years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience. I have at least 8 years of background in the fitness industry. Not only that, I have tried other programs myself and have gained the knowledge and experience of what a good coach looks like. I'm eager to work with new people, build new relationships, and watch you reach your goals!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE AT HOME STRONG PROGRAM? WHAT ABOUT THE CHALLENGES?

Daily workouts, macro counting, 1:1 check in's as needed, and daily goals. are all included in my At Home Strong Program. Daily workouts/challenges are included in my 30-Day Challenges.

WHAT GYM EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO COMPLETE EITHER PROGRAMS?

My At-Home Program is based at home with minimal equipment needed. All you will need for this program is a set of dumbbells. My 30-Day Challenges are based at home but can be done in the gym. You will need access to a treadmill to complete my 30-Day Cardio Challenge.

DO I NEED TO WORKOUT EVERYDAY?

A good workout week doesn’t necessarily mean training every day. Four to five gym or home workouts each week is enough if you work as hard as you can in each session. When it comes to being active you should aim to move as much as you can every day – whether that’s with brisk walking, jogging, swimming, gardening or putting your all into the housework!
